Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The following items cannot be returned: • Custom-made or personalized products • Products that have been installed or used • Items damaged due to customer negligence • Clearance or final sale items
